This is the perfect kit for someone wanting to tackle their own deck project without having an arsenal of tools. Everything comes pre cut with the exception of the posts. You just need an impact/drill and a few other basic tools.
This kit comes with pressure treated framing, all the hardware you need to meet current National IRC codes and Deckorators Vista decking (can be upgraded to Voyage decking as well). All cuts are made from the framing all the way to the miter cuts on the picture framed decking. All the hardware is either pre installed or has detailed instructions on where it goes and how it goes on if it is one of the items not pre installed due to shipping. Other than the installation of this kit, you will need to dig two 3’ holes to pour the concrete for your caissons (concrete not included) and this will meet code.
