Before you hire anyone.

Are you licensed and insured in Colorado?
Yes, BBB Accredited as Colorado Elite Outdoor Contractors LLC, fully insured and bonded. License details are provided with your written estimate.
Wood or composite, which should I choose?
Both have a place. Cedar reads warm and ages with character; composite (we build primarily with TimberTech and Deckorators) holds up against UV and freeze-thaw with far less maintenance. We walk you through the trade-offs in person.
How do you handle Colorado weather?
Every footing is engineered for seasonal soil movement, framing is reinforced for snow load, and surfaces are UV-rated. We build for Front Range conditions, not in spite of them.
Do you handle HOA approval and permits?
Yes. We handle Douglas County permits and HOA/ACC submittals so your project is approved, inspected, and code-clean before we break ground.
Will Jon or Janessa be involved in my project?
Yes. Colorado Elite is family-owned, and Jon and Janessa are hands-on from your first quote through the final walkthrough. You're working directly with the owners.
